Let’s Begin Together

We look forward to our journey.

When we meet, we will review your questionnaire and any outside records.  You and Dr. Carpenter will plan a series of steps to treatment.  There may be testing that should be completed and preventive health measures that should be taken prior to treatment.

Once you are ready for a course of treatment, you may elect from several options.  It is our mission to explain the value of each and to describe the associated benefits, risks and cost of every option.

Understanding the cost of fertility care can be a challenge.  Here is a way to think about it:  each treatment cycle will include a physician management fee.  Some cycles will include medications, ultrasounds, bloodwork, or procedures. There is a range of what you can expect in each instance.  Before you start, we are committed to providing you with a realistic view of what you will encounter. We strive to keep your costs as low as possible as we optimize your outcome.

Natural cycles   $50- $275 includes virtual coaching, possibly an ultrasound and a blood test

Dr. Carpenter helps you monitor your cycle, identify your fertile window, and plan intimate relations to optimize your chance for conception.  At times, it may be useful to add an ultrasound around mid-cycle or check ovulatory blood work for confirmation of our assumptions.

Ovulation induction $350-$500 includes medication management, ultrasounds and blood tests

Patients with irregular cycles may benefit from taking an oral medication such as clomid or letrozole to stimulate timely development of an egg.  Frequently an ultrasound is used to confirm a healthy start to the cycle and predict the timing of ovulation

IUI $500 includes a sperm prep and the actual insemination

Intrauterine insemination involves placing sperm directly inside the uterus. This can be done in the setting of a natural cycle or with ovulation induction.  IUI can also be done using donor sperm.  In this case, the cost of the sperm specimen and shipping are determined by the sperm bank that provides the specimen.

HyFoSy (Tubal Evaluation) $600

INVOcell includes monitoring, egg retrieval, ICSI, IVC, fresh embryo transfer.

Using INVOcell to conceive is an accessible approach to fertility treatment.  The cost of an INVO cell cycle at Bloom is $6985.  Medications are estimated at $2000-$4000.

EGG FREEZING: Why Bloom does not offer egg freezing services

Our INVOcell program was designed to make IVF more affordable for those without insurance coverage. We use lower doses of meds, oral sedation for retrievals, and focus on creating embryos for use—not long-term egg storage.  Our protocol is not optimized for egg freezing.

For those seeking egg freezing, we’re happy to refer you to trusted IVF programs nearby that are better equipped for long-term storage and high-volume egg retrieval.

Your future matters. We’re here to help you find the best path forward 💛
